Makes 6 – 9 servings
Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green chilies (1 small can)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and place in loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes.
Notes
Can easily be made vegetarian by substituting the ground chicken or turkey with a bag of Morning Start Veggie Crumbles
