Black Bean Soup

SOURCE: Holly Clegg’s Trim & Terrific Freezer Friendly Meals

Ingredients
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup salsa
1 can broth
1 teaspoon cumin

Directions
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend until desired consistency.

Heat in pan on stove, or in microwave. Alternately, freeze to save for later.
