There was stuff going on in the house these past few weeks but it would have been hard to get pictures to show you. However, it's finally done (well, they have yet to finish cleaning it). So here's a brief walkthrough of the (finished) house.
When you drive up, here's what you'll see. One of these months we might even put in a lawn. Walking in the front door and turning to the left, you'll see the living room, facing west. Facing east, you can see the bay window of the living room as well.
Next, it's on to the breakfast nook. Standing in the breakfast nook, you get a lovely view of the stairs to your right, and then to the kitchen, which looks much bigger now than expected. The laundry room is that door to the left of the kitchen, and directly around the corner to the right of the kitchen is the door to the garage. Continuing the circle, we come to the dining room.
Heading up the stairs, directly to the right is the master bedroom. Here's a view standing in the door to the bathroom, so you can see the bay window upstairs as well. Master bathroom is next - here you can see the shower, sinks, and door to the rather large walk-in closet, and here you can see the tub and glass block window (and off to the left is the claustrophic toilet room. I'm not kidding - it's TINY).
Finally, the two remaining bedrooms: the guest room, and the computer room. There's a bathroom between the two, but the cleaning crew was in there and I didn't want to get in their way. It's lovely though. You'll just have to take my word for it.
So that's our house! He said it would take five months and it took only five months. Amazing, but true. Heh.
